Spring Has Sprung!

Not only has the first sunshine of spring made an appearance, this weekend see’s the launch of our new spring menu at The Stratton House in Biggleswade.

Guests in our bar, restaurant & sun-trap terrace can soon choose from a new selection of starters, mains & desserts. Each invented at the hands of our Head Chef Will & his talented team of chefs, with all the uniqueness you hopefully now expect from The Stratton House.

Main menu highlights include…

  • Honey & harissa lamb ribs with mint yoghurt, chilli, pomegranate to start
  • Lamb rump, potato hash, pea, broad bean & edamame fricassee for mains
  • BBQ roasted pineapple, coconut & lime sorbet, Thai basil for dessert

New Terrace Tapas

For those looking for a light bite or for something to share, spring sees the launch of our new tapas menu, designed to be enjoyed beneath the early summer sunshine on our terrace.

Alfresco Dining in Biggleswade

Look out for Chipotle Chicken Wings with blue cheese mayo, God Minster cheddar beignets with tomato & chilli jam & this season’s take on our now iconic bao buns; Panko Prawn with mango salsa.
